ii. i cant wait to be a mommy.
Friday, July 29, 2011 at 8:00AM There are these times, mostly when we're doing the normal things, the things we do everyday, that we'll say to each other, 'What if Rinah was here?'. I'll imagine her coming around the corner in the morning, or coloring at the table while I'm washing dishes, or running up to Andrew when he walks in the door. I think those everyday things will be some of the sweetest. It's those things we miss her the most in.
For those who may not know, we are in the process of adopting a little girl from Uganda. We are still waiting for the courts to get to our case. Then, we'll be off to Uganda in a heartbeat. We are praying that it's in August, and that our case is received and passed with ease. Thanks, once again for all the support and love you show us! We are blessed.

I am so hoping this dream will soon come true. Seeing you two with Rinah will be wonderful even for people like me that don't know you in real life. Good luck!
i am so glad i bought the latest Frankie mag, only to find the wonderful article on Adopting Rinah. Which lead me here.
I loved LOVED what you are doing.. Even at such a young age, you and Andrew, you both are doing something so amazing.. I pray God will always provide you both strength and love to support this little child. As well, for both you and your husband. Keep the faith and i really believe God will make a way for you to adopt Rinah.

Praying for you guys! Your story is so amazing and definitely inspiring! :)
oh, i can understand that. the photos above are wonderful!
What beautiful pictures. I understand what you're saying. We used to sit around the dinner table and say "someone's missing". Then when we knew we were going to get Alyssa Lisa used to put her picture in the shopping cart and show everyone her new daughter. It is a difficult time. As you were describing the things you and Andrew would imagine - I can imagine them right along with you. At a recent family gathering I was imagining Rinah playing with the other kids.
I love you and I'm praying for Rinah to come home soon.
