rosey thoughts.

thoughtful gifts for us and rinah from far away, imagining rinah running about this summer in these $2 shoes found thrifting (ive never had much of a love for shopping- but now that a daughter is in the picture, i think a fresh love has been born), the faces of awe on my nieces and nephew as we walked through the butterfly tunnel, watching one of my favorite books look so beautiful on a screen at last, and the blossoms-- out our bedroom window, the quick glances on neighborhood drives, and looking up during walks in the city.

these are happy thoughts of the week, among others. i'm grateful the sun is shining again today and the windows can be re-opened.
